No one to be charged in northeast Charlotte homicide that CMPD says was ‘justified’

No one will be charged in a fatal March shooting because it was “justified,” the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said in a press release Wednesday.

Police did not release the names of the shooter and the man killed — or any details of what happened.
