MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police Department arrested a woman accused of reckless homicide in connection to an overdose death of an inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution, after records show she failed to show up in Dodge County court on Wednesday.
Janelle Hill, 37, is accused of reckless homicide- delivering drugs.
