WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — One of the most popular places to grab a hot dog in the Piedmont is up for sale.
The owners of Kermit’s Hot Dog House in Winston-Salem recently listed the restaurant. Kermit’s opened almost sixty years ago, and the same business partners have been in charge almost the entire time.
Both are getting older and want to retire but would like to see the restaurant stay open. They say that ever since the news got out that they are selling, regular customers have been calling and coming by asking if Kermit’s is closing…
