A contemporary Mexican restaurant in Folsom, Cantina Pedregal, has sadly announced it is closing after only eight months in business. While the news is sad for the owners, they say there is a positive silver lining.
The restaurant, located at 185 Placerville Rd, near Folsom’s Mikuni restaurant, is owned by Brad Cecchi, Clay Nutting, Patricio Wise and Cinthia Martinez. The eatery boasts unique flavors of northeastern Mexico with an upscale aesthetic.
