Thunderstorms to impact Southern California on Thursday. Here’s the timing

Thursday morning is expected to remain mostly dry around Southern California but forecasters warn that thunderstorms could produce heavy downpours later in the day.

“Could be starting as early as afternoon. By 12 o’clock, we could see some of that rain moving in,” said KTLA’s Mark Kriski.
