TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Traffic is back flowing on Interstate 10 near Chaires Cross Road after slowing late Thursday morning.
A Florida 511 camera showed multiple people sitting near the side of the road in that area just before 10:30 a.m., causing traffic to slow down.
