Woman, 80, shot while caught in crossfire between Tijuana police, cartel members

SAN DIEGO ( Border Report ) — An 80-year-old woman was accidentally shot during gunfire between Tijuana police and members of a cartel Tuesday night.

According to investigators, two police officers were in their patrol car when they spotted several men who were carrying large-caliber weapons.

The officers reportedly returned fire when they were shot at numerous times.
