WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man was arrested and charged after a shooting at a Winston-Salem Taco Bell last month, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release.
Around 4:34 p.m. on March 26, Winston-Salem officers responded to a reported shooting at Akron Drive.
