An Orlando man with a history of violent run-ins with law enforcement has been charged with second-degree murder after allegedly fatally stabbing his father early Thursday morning.
According to the Orlando Police Department, officers responded to a home at 9456 Candice Court around 6:47 a.m. on April 3, 2025, following reports of a stabbing. When they arrived, they found Meb G. Yohan, 70, suffering from multiple lacerations. Emergency medical teams rushed him to Orlando Regional Medical Center, but he later died from his injuries.
Police quickly identified the suspect as Yohan’s son, Almeb Y. Gebreyohannes, 38. He was taken into custody without incident and is now facing a charge of Second-Degree Murder with a Weapon…
