AUSTIN, Texas — Two people have been arrested and charged following an investigation into a stolen French bulldog.
Austin police said 20-year-old Servando Cruz Jr. was arrested Thursday after a SWAT standoff at the Embassy Suites on South Congress Avenue.
Cruz was wanted by police on an outstanding felony warrant for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon following an incident in February. Police said his girlfriend, who has not been identified, was also arrested on felony charges of harboring a known fugitive…
