EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (EPHCC) agreed to settle with the U.S. Department of Justice after a two-year-long investigation.
In a statement, EPHCC Chief Executive Officer Cindy Ramos-Davidson wrote that they had reached a “small settlement” with the DOJ to resolve an investigation around grant applications submitted by the Chamber in 2018 and 2019.
