LINCOLN–(KFOR Apr. 4)–More than $1.3-million is gone from two Lincoln men, who were apparent victims of an online fraud. According to Lincoln Police, the two men, ages 76 and 77 and siblings, lost their money in an online trading scam between last November and Wednesday (Apr. 2).
The scammer claimed to invest the money into stocks and crypto currency online. The platform turned out to be fraudulent. The victims discovered the fraud when the stock market dropped, and they attempted to withdraw some money from the fake accounts…
