FONDA — Two people were arrested after a traffic stop led to the discovery of more than 70 grams of cocaine, state police said.
Alexander Rivera, 45, of Amsterdam, and Amanda Giblin, 37, of Fonda, were arrested April 4 following an early morning traffic stop on East Main Street in Fonda.
