NORFOLK, Virginia — Command Master Chief Jeff Delzer, a native of Elyria, is serving the U.S. Navy assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 5, or HSC 5, in Norfolk, Virginia.
Delzer graduated from Elyria High School in 1999. He is planning on earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Regent University next fall, and will pursue a master’s degree in strategic leadership from the University of Charleston after that.
