Celina Serva, 26, of Akron, OH, has been arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life imprisonment, and a potential fine of $10,000,000.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Donna Duncan, who is prosecuting the case, stated that the investigation began on March 28, 2025.
