Man accused of killing elderly man during carjacking pleads not guilty, asks for bond

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The man accused of shooting and killing a 70-year-old man during a carjacking pleaded not guilty before a judge on Monday.

Prosecutors claim Jaylen Mosley was caught on surveillance approaching David Tuttle in a parking lot with an extended magazine 380 caliber weapon.

When Tuttle didn’t immediately get out of the car, witnesses told police they saw a man identified as Mosley shoot Tuttle, pull him out of the car, and drive away in the stolen vehicle…
