MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (WFLA) — The bus driver accused of fatally shooting two passengers on a Miami-Dade Transit bus last week has resigned, according to a report from NBC affiliate WTVJ .

Following the March 30 incident, county officials allegedly began the termination process for the driver, who has yet to be publicly identified.
