CHAMBERSBURG- Another person has been charged with failure to have correct records for medication dispenses and wastes at the Chambersburg Hospital. Matthew L. Myers has been charged with 10 misdemeanor counts of furnishing of false information or omission of information. He has since been issued a summons for his charges and remains free, awaiting his next court hearing scheduled for May 27th.
Charges were levied against two staff members at the Chambersburg and Waynesboro Hospitals on Friday, April 4th for falsifying documents at the hospitals relating to narcotics/controlled substances dispenses. Dr Brian Holsinger, the Office of the Attorney General in Pennsylvania say, took two 500mg bottles of ketamine from the Chambersburg Hospital. Also charged but seemingly in a separate case was RN Carmen Bartoletti née Myers for similar, but additional, charges.
Bartoletti’s ex-husband, Matthew Myers, was subsequently investigated under the same circumstances. OAG Agents say that “there were ten documentation issues regarding the vends, wastes, and administration of controlled substances by RN Matthew Myers from” 3/22/23 to 11/24/24…
