TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A jury deliberated for about an hour Monday before finding Reginald Gibson guilty as charged in the November 2018 murder of Elisa Thompson.
Court will reconvene on Wednesday as jurors consider whether Gibson should face life in prison or the death penalty for it.
Gibson was accused of kidnapping Thompson from the parking lot where she worked and taking her to his home, where court records indicate he killed her.
The verdict comes as the trial entered its second week…
