Looks like Ryan Seacrest is having a wheely good time as the new host of “Wheel of Fortune,” even if it means occasionally hitting the floor! He’s already taken a few tumbles, and the latest one is making the rounds on social media.
During a recent “Festivals and Celebrations” themed episode, Seacrest and co-host Vanna White decided to recreate the Gloucestershire cheese rolling festival – with a fake cheese wheel, of course. White rolled the “cheese,” and Seacrest, in hot pursuit, took a dive, prompting a shocked White to exclaim, “Are you okay?
Are you gonna be okay?” Ever the professional, Seacrest popped right back up, cheese wheel in hand, assuring everyone he was fine.
This isn’t Seacrest’s first fall from grace (or rather, onto the stage). He’s been tackled by an over-enthusiastic contestant and even showcased some questionable breakdancing moves that left him needing more than a couple of aspirin. The show’s social media team jokingly captioned a clip of the latest fall, “If we had a nickel for every time Ryan ended up on the floor this season…” It seems Seacrest is determined to make his mark on the show, one way or another!
