ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – Buncombe County officials announced the opening of a long-term recovery support facility for Helene survivors.
Officials said the Helene Resource Center (HRC) will be located at 94 Coxe Avenue in downtown Asheville. It will be opened from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
