Sheriff Carl Ritchie claims early success in safety and operations in first 90 days

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office claims it has made strides in community safety and internal operations since Sheriff Carl Ritchie assumed office in January.
