As the father of Penn State wrestler Carter Starocci, Christopher Starocci has a lot to be proud of.
“I couldn’t be more proud,” said Mr. Starocci. “Just the way he handles himself as a man. Some people like it, some people don’t, but he’s comfortable in his own skin and that’s what makes me proud and his mother proud.”
