Dauphin County man charged, pleads guilty in diesel truck tampering scheme

A Dauphin County man has pleaded guilty to charges of conspiring to violate the federal Clean Air Act by illegally modifying diesel trucks at a Lebanon-area auto shop, according to court documents.
