Traffic on South Harvard Avenue is about to get a bit snarled starting Tuesday, head’s up to Tulsa drivers: repairs are on the docket for a 24-inch waterline that’s gone awry near S. Harvard Ave. and E. 51st St. According to a release from the City of Tulsa, crews will be on the scene from 8 a.m., and while they work, the outer northbound lane between E. 51st and E. 54th Streets is getting the axe.
