McDonald’s Worker Arrested for Choking Teen Customer Over Dipping Sauce

A 31-year-old McDonald’s worker, Akeena Mone Sampson , has been arrested and charged with Abuse of a Child without Great Bodily Harm after allegedly choking a 17-year-old customer over dipping sauce.

According to the police report, the incident occurred on Friday, April 4th, at approximately 2:16 PM at the McDonald’s restaurant located in the 1000 block of 34th St. N. in St Petersburg, FL. The 17-year-old victim reportedly walked behind the counter to get Ranch sauce for nuggets she had ordered after not receiving assistance from employees.

As the teen was returning to the lobby, Sampson grabbed her arm. When the victim tried to break free, Sampson reportedly grabbed her neck, choking her and taking her to the ground. The report states that Sampson then choked the teen again while she was on the ground…
