MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile Police Department is reporting an arrest following a shots-fired investigation over the weekend in the area of Museum Drive.
At about 12:33 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a report of shots fired in a wooded area south of Museum Drive near the Mobile Botanical Gardens. Officers determined no one was injured, and no property was damaged, despite multiple reports of gunfire in the area.
Through the course of the investigation, officers identified a suspect. On Monday, Antwuan Williams, 19, of Semmes, was arrested.
Police said he fired shots into the ground with no intended target. The MPD said additional arrests are likely as the investigation continues…
