(KRON) — Northern California law enforcement agencies are looking for a missing woman, 30-year-old Cynthia Garcia, and a suspect connected to her disappearance, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Police and the CHP issued an endangered missing person alert Tuesday afternoon for Garcia, who was last seen in Atwater, Calif., at 10 a.m.
