1. GSR’s presentation to Reno Redevelopment Agency delayed two weeks
The Grand Sierra Resort’s presentation to the Reno Redevelopment Agency scheduled for Wednesday has been delayed two weeks. Hunden Partners, the Chicago-based third party hired by the city of Reno, had not completed its final report on the proposed $1 billion entertainment district in time for the meeting. Phase one of that plan includes construction of a $380 million arena, a community ice rink and an eight-story parking garage with 2,800 spaces.
