MEBANE, N.C. — Mebane honored four officers on Tuesday, April 8 for their bravery after a stabbing inside a grocery store.
Officer Cory Harmon, Officer Damien Wiggins, Officer Tyler Perry, and Officer Taylor Davis were given the Aegis of Valor commendation. They are the first four people to ever get the new honor from the police department.
