DENVER ( KDVR ) — Two people were arrested and charged in a “bizarre and violent crime” that injured a man riding a three-wheeler in Commerce City.
On March 27, a man was reportedly chased by a minivan into the Rose Hill Grange Park , located at 4051 East 68th Ave. The Commerce City Police Department said a second vehicle entered the park, and the driver appeared to intentionally run over the rider and the three-wheeler.
Both vehicles fled the scene and left the victim with severe injuries…
