AURORA, Colo. (KDVR) — Drivers in Aurora are expressing concerns about heavier traffic and crime associated with recent growth in Aurora.
“Very hectic, very dangerous just crossing the street,” one driver told FOX31.

In a statement provided to FOX31, Aurora City Council Member Danielle Jurinsky warned that the upcoming summer season can present an increase in crime.
“We tend to see crime trends climb in the summer months. It is so important that we maintain safety standards, especially when it comes to driving,” Jurinsky said. “More cars are on the road and the summer months add motorcycles. It is imperative that we have additional officers watching traffic and making stops.”…
