San Mateo police have arrested four individuals, including one adult and three juveniles, following a strong-arm robbery that took place yesterday. According to the San Mateo Police Department, the suspects allegedly punched the victim multiple times in the face. They robbed him of personal belongings, including a cell phone, boxing gloves, and AirPods on S Humboldt Street.
Responding to the incident, officers swiftly attended to the victim, who had visible facial injuries, and successfully retrieved the name of a suspect, 21-year-old Ever Jacobo-Castro. Swiftly locating the suspect’s vehicle, a black Honda, was pivotal in the case’s advancement. A nearby traffic officer spotted a vehicle fitting the description and detained the four male occupants after a traffic stop near El Camino Real and 12th Avenue.
