Little Rock community members voice safety concerns at meeting after cyclist’s death

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Members of the cycling community in Little Rock are honoring the life of 70-year-old Marcus Billingsley by advocating for better bike safety on roads in hopes of preventing another tragedy.

“We need to make the public aware that this is a problem,” one person said.
