UNION CITY, MI (WTVB)- Union City Community Schools announced today that following the completion of the investigation and appropriate review of all evidence, that night custodian Ray Zierle is no longer employed by the district.
Zierle was arrested last month on multiple charges, including, first and third degree sexual misconduct, accosting a minor for immoral purposes, maintaining a drug house and possession of a dangerous weapon.
In a release the district said that after receiving the information from law enforcement, Zierle was placed on non-disciplinary paid administrative leave while conducting a fact finding investigation.
