A new spot for oysters and raw seafood platters is set to take center stage in Menlo Park. Clark’s Oyster Bar, an Austin, Texas-founded mini-chain, is taking its 200-gallon saltwater aquariums and high-class style to the Peninsula. The San Francisco Chronicle reports the business will take over the former diner Ann’s Coffee Shop at 780 Santa Cruz Avenue.
