Syracuse, N.Y. — A traffic stop in Syracuse Wednesday afternoon ended with two men being taken to the ground and one punched as Syracuse policers arrested them.
The arrests, captured on video and posted online, are now under review, a department spokesperson said. Such a review is required by department policy any time an officer uses force.
