• 11:04 p.m. — BCSO issued citations to a 26-year-old Albany man on charges of reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement following an incident on Highway 20. The reporting deputy attempted to stop a 2014 Honda Accord for speeding when the driver attempted to flee, which resulted in a rollover crash on Highway 20 near Woods Creek Road west of Philomath.
