Popular popcorn sold at Neenah Dairy Queen location turns green, raising awareness for Victim’s Rights Week

NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – April 6-12 marks National Victims’ Rights Week, an effort to raise awareness and show support for those who have been victimized by crime, and a Neenah Dairy Queen is participating in awareness efforts.

Archie’s Famous Popcorn, which is sold at the Dairy Queen on Commercial Avenue in Neenah, turned its popcorn green to help raise awareness.

The Fox Crossing Police Department shared a photo of the green popcorn, which will help raise money to support the Fox Cities Victim Crisis Response Team.

A portion of every green popcorn purchase will go to support the non-profit,which helps law enforcement in assisting victims on the scene and after crimes and potentially traumatizing events…
