ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Former Winnebago County Deputy Chief Dom Barcellona has announced that he is running to be the next Winnebago County Sheriff on Thursday.
Barcellona has over 27 years of law enforcement experience with the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office. He retired as deputy chief in 2023.
