LAS VEGAS ( KLAS ) — The City of Las Vegas Planning Commission approved plans to turn the former Regal Village Square theater into an apartment complex, but the building’s owners say they’re floating ideas on its future.
The location is at the intersection of Fort Apache Road and Sahara Avenue in west Las Vegas. In 2023, the theater shuttered its doors. Since then, its seats have gone unused, silver screens blank, and popcorn makers untouched.
