Adam was working with Charles Vallow to plan an intervention for Lori, hoping to have it reviewed by a Mormon Church leader. Just before he died, Charles communicated his concerns about Lori and Alex’s possible plot. After Charles’s death, which Adam learned about days later without any notification from the family, he and Lori had not spoken in over seven years. During cross-examination, Lori tried to imply that Adam did not witness any conspiracy between her and Alex to murder Charles, but Adam firmly believes they were involved in his death.
