Erie County Executive Brenton Davis announced over $2 million in investments Thursday morning amid a lawsuit over the 2025 budget.
Brenton Davis said he recently received word that the county’s American Rescue Plan dollars could be going back to the federal level if not re-obligated and Thursday morning Davis awarded that money to different municipalities across the county.
