INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Governor Mike Braun has declared a state of disaster emergency for 18 counties in Indiana due to extensive damage from recent floods, storms, and tornadoes.
The emergency declaration, effective for 30 days, allows the Indiana Department of Homeland Security to provide financial assistance to affected communities under the State Disaster Relief Fund program.
