REDDING, Calif. – Shasta County Sheriff Michael Johnson and District 4 Supervisor Matt Plummer recently visited Stanislaus County, to learn more about rehabilitation program for inmates.
It comes on the heels of the Sheriff proposing a new corrections and rehab facility to the board of supervisors back in January.
“Who has set up programs similar to this? How have they structured it, how did they use land?” Those were just a few of the questions the pair went searching for answers for.
