MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — A motorcyclist has died after a crash late Thursday night in Murfreesboro.
The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Rutherford Boulevard and Greenland Avenue.
Murfreesboro police reported the crash involved a motorcycle and a 2016 Ford Fusion. According to a preliminary investigation, the driver of the Fusion was traveling southbound on North Rutherford Boulevard in the left turn lane, attempted to make a left turn on a solid green light, failed to yield and collided with the motorcycle.
Police added the rider on the 2024 Kawasaki EX5 was traveling northbound on North Rutherford Boulevard when the crash occurred. The rider was pronounced dead by personnel with the Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services…
