STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help to locate a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing from Mariners Harbor.
Paul Carthy was most recently seen at his home in the vicinity of Maple Parkway and Walloon Street on Thursday at about 11:30 a.m., according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
