Amy Coggins and John Mann were interested in investing in a parcel of property in order to build a 10 to 12-room boutique hotel. After some years of searching, the couple were not able to find any ideal properties near the coast.
Family members of Coggins who live in Southport suggested a property, located at 209 E. Moore St., that would be a great bed and breakfast.
