EL RENO – A Yukon man could spend time in state prison for allegedly neglecting his dog.
Quantarius Marquis Williams, age 23, was charged March 21 in Canadian County District Court with cruelty to animals. The felony crime is punishable by up to five years imprisonment and/or a maximum $5,000 fine.
