Two Las Vegas men face charges for illegal reentry into the US

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Two men, David Cristales-Machado and Juan Manuel Lopez-Mendez, both 35, appeared in court Thursday in Las Vegas to face charges of illegally reentering the United States after being previously deported.

Both men are charged with one count of being a deported alien found in the United States, with preliminary hearings set for April 24, 2025, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Daniel J. Albregts.
